The sound world for concert quality
Our largest electrostatic system for rooms from 25 square meters is an uncompromising dipole system with only one crossover frequency at 80 Hz. This means that almost the entire frequency range is transmitted with just one system and, in combination with the dipole technology, results in superb sound fidelity, as the listening room is literally switched off acoustically. The music can be enjoyed undistorted over the entire frequency range without any significant influence from the room and is therefore superior to any other conventional system, such as cone loudspeakers.
Impulses from musical instruments, such as the striking of a drum or a string, are transmitted without distortion thanks to the low moving masses used in the electrostatic system. This results in impressively clear and differentiated reproduction of everything from rock/pop to classical music. The system achieves incredible dynamics and attention to detail, as well as spatial imaging.
With its 18″ long-throw systems, the subwoofer develops bass at the lowest frequencies while accurately reproducing musical instruments, even making bass impulses tangible. The extremely hard CDF composite materials used for the cabinet structure prevent cabinet vibrations, resulting in unprecedented accuracy in the lowest octaves.
The combination of the two systems, electrostatic system and dipole subwoofer, with the same dispersion characteristics results in a clean and clear sound image across the entire frequency response of 15-20,000 Hz.
The subwoofer can be supplied as a stand-alone device or divided into two subwoofers as a base for the electrostatic speakers.
The subwoofers are each equipped with a 500W DSP Class D amplifier.
