Special fullness of sound in large and medium-sized rooms
The smaller brother of Model 1 is suitable for rooms from 15 square meters and is shown here in a wooden version. In terms of sound, this model is in no way inferior to its big brother.
Almost the entire frequency range is transmitted with just one system and, in combination with the dipole technology, leads to a magnificent sound fidelity, as the listening room is literally acoustically eliminated. The music can be enjoyed unadulterated across the entire frequency range without any significant influence from the room and is therefore superior to any other conventional system, such as cone loudspeakers.
Impulses from musical instruments, such as the beating of a drum or a string, are transmitted without distortion thanks to the low moving masses used in the electrostat. This results in an impressive, clearly differentiated reproduction of everything from rock/pop to classical music. The system achieves incredible dynamics and attention to detail, as well as spatial imaging.
The dipole subwoofers are powered by two long-throw drivers, which also provide an incredibly deep bass down to 15 Hz. The high damping capacity and the amorphous structure of the composite concrete used for the cabinet construction eliminates cabinet vibrations and leads to an exact reproduction in the lowest octaves that has rarely been achieved before.
The dipole subwoofer can be supplied in a wooden cabinet on request. A special composite construction also prevents cabinet vibrations and thus ensures unadulterated sound enjoyment.
The combination of the electrostat and dipole subwoofer systems with the same dispersion characteristics results in a clean and clear sound image over the entire frequency response of 15 – 20000 Hz that is second to none.
